Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and mashed
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 1 whole wheat wrap
- ΒΌ cup spinach
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a bowl, mash chickpeas and avocado together until combined. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread the chickpea-avocado mixture over a whole wheat wrap.
Layer fresh spinach on top.
