Delicious White Chocolate Mousse – Quick and Easy Dessert Recipe

Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 33⅓ g white couverture chocolate, chopped
- 33⅓ g sour cream (Schmand)
- 41⅔ ml heavy cream, whipped
- ¼ packet vanilla sugar
- ¾ passion fruit
- ¼ tsp organic orange zest, finely grated
- 16⅔ ml orange juice
- 4¼ g powdered sugar
- ⅓ tbsp vanilla pudding powder
Instructions
Melt Chocolate: Chop 33⅓ g white couverture and melt it over a water bath. Remove from heat and whisk in 33⅓ g of sour cream.
Whip Cream: Beat 41⅔ ml of heavy cream and ¼ packet of vanilla sugar until stiff. Gently fold a portion of the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture, followed by the remaining cream.
Prepare Passion Fruit Sauce: Halve ¾ passion fruit, scoop out the pulp, and blend lightly. Strain the pulp to remove seeds, keeping a small portion of the seeds for garnish.
Mix Sauce: Combine 125 ml passion fruit juice, ¼ tsp finely grated organic orange zest, 100 ml orange juice, 25 g powdered sugar, and 2 tbsp vanilla pudding powder (no cooking needed). Stir in 4 tsp of reserved passion fruit seeds and chill the sauce.
Chill Mousse: Spoon the mousse into serving bowls, swirl the top for a decorative effect, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Serve: Drizzle the passion fruit sauce over the mousse and serve the rest on the side.
