Ingredients:
- 1 salmon fillet
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrot sticks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon slice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat a grill pan over medium heat and brush the salmon with olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Steam broccoli and carrots until tender.
Serve the grilled salmon alongside the steamed vegetables with a lemon slice on top.
